Who stamps the drawings?
We produce full sets to code, then coordinate with a Texas-licensed PE or RA for the final seal required for municipal filing. You always know who's stamping before submission.
What happens if the permit gets rejected or comments come back?
Up to two rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost during design development — no surprise change orders for standard redlines.
How is pricing determined?
A flat, per-square-foot fee across all disciplines involved — quoted upfront once we know the scope, not billed hourly.
What file formats do you deliver?
Full PDF sets for permit filing, plus native CAD files, so your team can keep working with the drawings after hand-off.
How do you keep our project information confidential?
Projects are compartmentalized internally by code — production staff work without client-identifying information unless it's essential to the task. An NDA is available on request.
